This project was to demolish and existing detached garage, and constructing an extensive extension comprising of:
- utility room
- boiler room
- Downstairs WC
- snug / secondary living room
- master bedroom and an en-suite with double shower
- The construction of a vorted ceiling with velux windows
- Oak Flooring throughout, changed the windows for the rest of the house (double glazing throughout)
- New shingle driveway.
- Block and beam floor design including new water mains.
- Extensive ground works including a ring beam and 22 4 meter deep steel piles.
