The customer wanted their unused double garage converted into a useable living space as a snug / games room for their children. Major refurbishment, insulation of flooring and concrete screeding. Added a Boiler room for the entire house and storage room. Solid Oak flooring fitted, created the opening and fitted french door windows. Bricked up the existing garage doors and fitted barn cladding and created new windows. Fully insulated walls and plastering throughout.
