This used to be a doctors surgery attached to a Georgian property in Waterbeach.

The client was looking to create a luxurious holiday cottage / letting. The project took 3 months and services included:

• Demolition of existing building down to sound structural brickwork
• Structural steelwork
• Brickwork
• Mezzanine floor
• Architectural and Structural carpentry and joinery
• Staircase
• Rendering
• Glulambeam (ordered from Denmark)
• 1st Fix Carpentry
• 2nd Fix Carpentry
• Repointing of the entire property
